The Factory

St. Louis, MO

The Factory is the first built from-the-ground-up performance venue in the Midwest in over twenty years. 52,000 square feet constructed specially for live music, with every detail designed for the performer and the audience.

The Factory has a capacity of 4,000, but with its unique, movable partitions different seating configurations can be created — offering tremendous floor plan flexibility — ranging from 2,350-person seated shows to 610-person seated dinners to intimate gatherings of any size.

 Located in St. Louis’ upscale community of Chesterfield, The Factory is one of the anchors in the new entertainment complex – The District. The Factory is surrounded by restaurants, shops and entertainment options designed to appeal to everyone.

Tower Theatre

Oklahoma City, OK

Originally built in 1936, but having sat dilapidated for many years, this classic Route 66 attraction was bought in 2005 by brothers Marty and Mike Dillon. They have since restored the classic neon sign and hope that it will bring attention and investment to the area.

The theatre has been lovingly restored to it’s former glory, including the addition of a restaurant at the street level.

Vic Theatre

Chicago, IL

In 1912, The Victoria Theater opened as an alternative to the more expensive fare playing in Chicago’s notorious downtown venues. An article in the Chicago Tribune – one of many rave reviews – predicted the theatre would become one of Chicago’s most popular priced houses. Initially built to host vaudeville and touring stage shows, The Vic – as it’s now known – would prove to be one of the more adaptable and resilient such buildings in town, all the while remaining a stable anchor in the ever-changing landscape of the Lakeview neighborhood.

Park West

Park West has long been one of Chicago’s premier concert venues. Built in 1916 as a home for movies and vaudeville, the building’s rare diamond-shaped interior gave it a distinction unlike any other theatre in the city. It instantly became an anchor for entertainment in the vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood and found lasting prosperity when it was transformed into a live concert hall in the late 1970s. Since then, its calendar has been filled with performances featuring some of the biggest names in contemporary music, many of whom have gone on to play in arenas and stadiums. Park West is also one of Chicago’s best-equipped multimedia facilities with a sterling reputation for corporate meetings and special events.

Riviera Theatre

Located in Chicago’s historic Uptown theater district, the Riviera Theatre has been a central part of Chicago’s entertainment scene for over 100 years.

Completed in 1917 by architects George and C.W. Rapp (Rapp & Rapp), it was built as a movie theater for the Balaban & Katz chain. Nearly 50 years ago, Jam Productions christened the theatre with its first concert, Supertramp. Fremont Theater

San Luis Obispo, CA

Located in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo, CA, the Fremont Theater is a historic movie theater, built in 1941. Throughout its early years it served both as a moving picture theater and a live entertainment venue. In the late 20th century, developers wanted to raze the building to install a new multiplex, but public outcry saved the theater. Full of rich, art deco charm, this theater has hosted everything from war bond shows to Adam Ant and Yes.
